Very good truth.I have followed during my service in a PSU for 29 years and learnt the area of research with some field experience, which otherwise could not be availed outside this PSU.While I was denied due money for my contribution, but I was called by customer , who had recognised my contributions in spite of hindrances to my activities in the PSU from my management in the PSU. Neither I could be shifted out from the job or transferred out against my wishes and the customer protected me. So after retirement, I was assigned a job, not with salary but with some grants, (as they can not employ anyone after formal retirements).After I successfully completed, my name had been brought out with my contribution in their permanent website approachable globally .The website pertains to government website, not a private one.

Vo hai LIC of India Mai ek Development officer ( DO) ki job . Ye naam ke liye govt job hai , but LIC enko target na poora hone par kisi bhi age par terminate kar deti hai , poori LIC mai sirf aur sirf development officer ki job unsafe aur fraud hai ..... It's my humble request pls do some research on this fake govt job governed inhuman LIC rules destroying lives of many youths who r trapped and terminated from the post of Development officer in LIC ....all other positions in LIC r safe and secure...
