I am grateful to American Idol for introducing me to Clark Beckham's soulful tone and musicianship. Simultaneously, American Idol deserves to end after the next season knowing that a singer of this caliber was, for all intents and purposes, robbed of the American Idol record deal because of, not only the confidence he has in his musicianship, but also because he knows exactly the artist he wants to be and refuses to let others define his artistic style. They missed out on Tori Kelly, and now they've missed out on Clark Beckham too. Keep on doing what you do best Clark because your fans cannot get enough of it!
