No. Once Lex finds out that Ryan might have psychic ability then Clark has to hide that from Lex because Lex will try to benefit from that just like the research facility did. Lex robbed his father and put him in jail and that was his father who gave him everything he had. It was Lex's destiny to become bad even to become President of the USA. Many times the show mentions Lex's destiny even with a psychic episode. Lex had Clark investigated for a year. Lex innately had a bad side which comes out in the episode where there are two Lex's, Lex's good side splits from his bad side. There is another episode where Lex uses a machine gun and enjoys it. It comes natural to him

Ryan was rude to Lex when he first met Lex and Clark let Ryan know that. Lex came through for Clark and therefore for Ryan. This shows what little $#!Ts kids can be. Lex hid Ryan to help Clark. Lex researched doctors to help Ryan to help Clark. Lex got attorneys that helped Ryan to help Clark.

Lex and Clark are a lot alike. Clark broke the law by abducting a minor yet the research facility did not break the law by abducting a minor? Where are Ryan's parents anyway? Stealing something even a person...especially a person is something that Lex did (he stole his father's money). Lionel and Belle Reeve Hospital messed with Lex's mind and the research facility was messing with Ryan's mind. Clark escaped security and detection, which is something Lex employs all the time to avoide getting caught doing what Lex does. Lex has helped Clark as many times as Clark has helped Lex. Lex saved Clark's life a few times.
