Not necessarily, since Clark's power is only partly a muscle and bone density, and there is other part that is from anti-gravity filed. It's how in comics he can grab people at high speed without slicing them in two

Well, this is basically canon to DC Comics. In the comic books, Clark Kent was really lame at concealing his true nature during his youth. They simply reflected this in multiple on-screen iterations of Superman later on, as hinted in Superman 3, foreshadowed in Lois & Clark, deconstructed over the course of the Smallville show run and inferred in the DC Extended Universe films.

The thing to remember about Superman is that when he trains... he practices hitting softly. Otherwise his punches would put a hole in people and splatter their insides on the wall. Other superheroes practice being badass. Superman practices not being so badass that someone dies by his hand. Just the way that while other superheroes don a mask, Superman dons glasses.
