As an engineer who's recently been exposed to trying to sign off on an entire production line using 3D printing know exactly how difficult and tedious this process should have been ... pretty insane that you got it done including being able to incorporate arduino components to make it somewhat functional .

Technically technology is already there. For Military use an iron man suit is impractical because of its immobility, weak points, and the fact that an rpg would reduce your million dollar suit to scrap. You’d only be able to store and use only a few weapons inside the suit, not nearly as much as the movie. And isn’t flight stabilized so it would have to be made for that in mind which only reduces mobility and adds weight.

@@dontreadmyprofile7118 Energy Density is achievable for it, but as I said, taking the fact that 50% of his weapons haven’t been invented or simply won’t fit inside a practical suit, it’s probably gonna be mounted with more conventional firepower, Lasers, Maybe Tiny Missles/motors if they can even fit. Now the only things that need power is the lasers and the missle guidance system, and the flight system. What I was saying though, it’s possible to build an iron man, but at the end of the day if your looking to use it for military use, it will eventually look less and less like iron man and more like hulk buster.

@@dontreadmyprofile7118 from an engineering standpoint the weapons on his suit doesn’t require much power to run. It’s mostly servos and gears. They already have 8k cosplay suits of ironman with working lights and moving weapons. Also consider for something like Missiles and bullets don’t need power to fire you can make it automatic with little power consumption. The only ones that would require massive power is his pulsar blasters and thrusters. And with todays tech that part would be completely redesigned. I agree that an ark mini reactor is nearly impossible. But they have Nuclear Batteries Now that can Last nearly forever that there planing to implement into teslas. If you use a nuclear battery as a power source it would be heavier than a small ark reactor but reality has its limitations.

Very impressive work. A lot of time, dedication, effort and talent. I'm just a bit tired of the clout chasing that KZbinrs do. Spent months making an iron man suit for a guy in his 20's who's loaded for life, because he briefly mentioned one time that he wished he had an iron main suit. Meanwhile there are kids everywhere, in difficult circumstances, whose every dream, would be to be their favorite superhero. That type of thing could impact that kid deeply. No hate, I get wanting to deliver a gift to someone you look up to. I just see a lot of KZbinrs doing stuff like this and I wonder how much more of a positive impact could be spread across the world if things like this were presented to a classroom of kids, to someone struggling, etc. Perhaps something along these lines could be a potential idea for a future video? I think it would be really touching to view something like that. I applaud the very clear passion, and the sheer amount of dedication. The technical details were also really neat. Anyways, I've rambled enough.
