At least this version of superman can point and shoot heat beams pretty precisely. The cgi does look like a heat vision versus lasers coming out of his eyes. It follows physics very well.

This would probably also drag some of the surrounding matter along with it, depending on the intensity and duration, pockets of air for example, that could push objects they came into contact with alongside the kinetic energy transmitted through particle impact. Of course if it was microwave or thermal energy based, being a more literal "heat vision", than they wouldn't be pushing anything just superheating it, and the former wouldn't be very good for cutting metal and would cook anyone in the vicinity at that kind of power. It could even be a combination of all three, depending on the situation at hand. It's never going to be physically realistic because people with heat ray vision don't exist. But an immortal, indestructible alien that can pull planets with ease might just be the best candidate for some particle beam eye weapons, and if they still break the laws of physics... Well I'm pretty sure superman is a reality warping being anyway given his feats.

There’s a study somewhere that shows the parts of the brain that engage in lust/aggression are closely linked and can fire together so it makes sense it works for both. Clark isn’t a rageful guy so the lust just uncovered it first.

I really like what they did with the heat vision in this show. At least it’s true to physics (unlike most other powers in this show). It isn’t possible to see real laser unless you follow a certain exact conditions which is very rare. This is how heat vision is supposed to look like.

If Alicia wasn’t labeled crazy by the community and wanted to be with Clark so badly that she used red kryptonite to bring out his other self, she was a very secluded girl, that felt free around Clark, who truely loved Clark for who he is, she even sacrificed herself for him, it’s just very sad that she died feeling abandoned when another kryptonite freak killed her and hung her, sometimes I wish Clark would have avenged her death in a more personal way, I just wish Lois didn’t stop him sometimes
