The entire flight takes about 20 seconds. 25 miles are about 40 kilometres. This is the speed it will have at its arrival in France: 40000m/20s = 2000 m/s. People that do not care for mathematics always seem to have a poor understanding of the subject. I know is CGI but...i still like it. The silence when the car breaks into the house is comic, and see them preparing to launch the car in a "manly" way is so fun to watch that i barely care that the launch is fake.

People saying this is cgi. Most likely it's not. What is happening here is they launched the car multiple times to get it appear to stay longer in the air. Also some of the air footage is slowed down hence it looks bit odd. The car is most likely dropped from a crane at the end when it hits the building.

what really ticks me off is the fact that they had time to a) launch the catapult from the ground b) get into a platform and had time to get their binoculars on Trajectory with the car suggests that it would have landed in 10-15 seconds tops. Ain't nobody got time for that
