So did the restaurant get shut down?, Im just asking because I was a little confused

In the TV show, the council wouldn't let him have a restaurant at the shop so he developed the old barn into a kitchen and then drove the food up to the shop!. Great show. Check it out! Eventually he won and now serves food next to the old sheep pen.
