I think PM Luigi is his strongest incarnation. Melee Luigi has some rad things, but PM Luigi can footstool for the maximum disrespect, haha.

***** He's got so many cool things. Neutraling off of a platform to preserve momentum, the scuttle thing, the "saving" a misfire. It's beautiful. It feels like PM takes away all of his jittery-ness that he has in Melee.
