Did anybody told you your wholesome Keav? And cool plus chill? I would like a detailing friend like you (I'd also eat tacos with you and talk about BMW). This was a really fun to watch test, also I like how your creative in your own way, I wouldn't think of these kind of tests or comparisons on my own. Also wanted to thank you for answering all our spam comments (most good, some whiny) i know it must be time consuming and eats your free time :/ Still you amaze me with your equipment and chemical knowledge, and also with your commitment. Cheers brother, just wanted to raise your spirit with my comment :)

@@CarsWithKeav Keav one thing - i know your sometimes worried about the cheaper amazon stuff you review for us (poorbois :) but, and i can't stress this enough, your NOT a quality control employee - therefore it is not your fault that some of these fail, there is so many factors involved - from poor shipping (man i see those gif's of amazon delivery ppl in the States just throwing stuff at your doors, jesus... i would destroy them) to poor quality inspection in the factories and warehouses all over. I know it's just talk and you will be worried still, but please don't stress to much about it, if I ever buy something from your recommendation and it fails i won't be mad as some of these are good value for the money (sometimes not much might I add). What would you choose for an apc on car exterior, one of these battery sprayers or the ryobi ez clean?

I like the solo sprayers simply for ease of use. The EZ clean just takes a longer time to setup since I use it for so many things it’s never in a ready state for what I need at the time. 🤣

I have a shelf full of 260’s, now I’m wondering if I should have ordered 460’s. Doesn’t make sense that it should stop working right?
@CarsWithKeav7 ай бұрын
Maybe mine just is one of those bad ones you get when manufacturing. Usually I get lucky and have the durable long lasting ones and I see comments saying theirs broke first time or never worked. Let’s just say I found a place that has the 460 for $35 so I bought 5 to meet their free shipping. Waiting for them to arrive to see if they are 460 or they sent the newer 260.

Not me flabbergasted because I had NO idea I could screw my solo sprayer head on a 16 oz bottle!!! I’m trying it as soon as I get home!!! Also-where did you get that big boars hair brush?!??
@CarsWithKeav7 ай бұрын
It will be like a whole new product again to discover! Picked up the boars hair brush at a detail shop not sure of the brand it was just the brush I used a broke pool cleaner pole and used that as the handle. Adam’s and a few others sale real hair brushes I wouldn’t buy the fake stuff on Amazon. You have to be very careful though it is very easy to scratch with these. Technique has to be on point with two bucket method and a grit guard to scrub the bristles hood. It’s best to soak the bristles for a few minutes before using to soften them up as well. I use mainly for hard to reach roofs not on the other panels. I used it on this hood to simulate a swirl mark session I was using a lot of pressure. Have to put those coatings to the real test. Even being careful very soft paint can still scratch with these.

Most likely if you have the 260. My 460 been spraying 14ph for several years now.
@Tpierce77Ай бұрын
@CarsWithKeav I'm the Industrial Sales Manager of Solo.. the 460 is the 1st generation of the powered sprayer with Viton seals which is compatible with 1-7 ph. However, the solution is separated from the mechanics inside the sprayer head. The 260 is the Viton 2nd generation. The 360B is the CLEANLine EPDM seal equipped version for 7-14 ph solutions such as decreasers,window cleaners, etc. Obsessed Garage now has cobranded version.

@@Tpierce77 You guys did pretty well with the 460 because like I stated I have been using 14ph products in this for several years. I was debating on whether or not to get the cheap battery foamer that you reviewed a while ago. The product and the sellers either have bad reviews or the zero reviews, and they are all coming from China with long delivery time. Now here comes the battery sprayer with no foam. Solo has way better reviews and they are US sellers which means faster shipping. Now the question is do we really need the foam on the wheels?
@CarsWithKeav7 ай бұрын
The China sellers will eventually have inventory in the US and will have quick delivery times. They did at one point, but the demand is exceeding their ability to keep stock in Amazon warehouses so they have long delivery times. Early reviews I don’t take much value in. I actually don’t look at reviews that often as I have a lot of products I love that have bad reviews because people don’t know how to use them. Like DI resin people blame the resin for them not knowing their water is bad quality. When it comes to foam its not really ever needed it’s just nice to have especially for wheels and tires to see where you last sprayed or brushed. Foam is more lubricitive most of the time as well.

I still have a good hand nozzle for my wheel cleaners but have considered the solo as an option after seeing your review videos. Couldn't believe the 260 stopped spraying and when the 460 fell right after and shattered my jaw dropped. I'm so glad it still works and at least now you have a charging cable for it. Expensive charging cable though. Lol I did purchase the rechargeable foamer found a seller for under 30 that was shipped via prime but the price fluctuate so much you have to catch it at the right time. Last i checked it was a dollar less than when I bought it. Lol Still have to test it out but I got it based on your videos and have no doubt it will work well. Thanks for the great content as always.
@CarsWithKeav7 ай бұрын
Great, that foamer is in such high demand they can’t get it in inventory so it has such long delivery times. It was available two day delivery for a just a day or so then sold out. A few months they will be in stock and everywhere with 100 different listings. I ended up buying 5 more 460’s to get a good stockpile since they are no longer made. Found them for $35. Plus I’ll have extra charging cable. 🤣
@TRINInDC9257 ай бұрын
I finally tested the foamer and it works great, which I had no doubt after your review. But I don't have the same soap though I may use your code and get some. I like that you can leave the spray on with the trigger to clean it out as well. I like the charging indicator light. I don't see myself using the other nozzle but would be cool if that worked well too. I just noticed it is now reduced in price and will get here in 2 days and only a few left. I'm going to get another for cleaning inside my home, I can see a time savings for the bathroom alone. Thanks again for the great reviews.

Have you ever reviewed a 160 PSI 12V portable pressure powerful washing kit as found on the A site? You can power the pump with a cigarette lighter plug or get an AC/DC adapter. I'm looking for a solution to rinse my car off using a bucket of zero water. I need to find something that has enough volume to rinse well and also prefer something that isn't too loud. I've looked at the cordless gun style pressure washers (looks kind of like a drill) but they almost seem like they put out the volume of a squirt gun.

So Keav....heard anything at all from BIGBOI interms of their "pro" washer it's inconceivable charging 600- 700 dollars from a company that did not check their washer possibly would incur amperage issues in USA as opposed to Europe. Now we all just wait and wait for BIGBOI to establish a troubleshooting platform.
@CarsWithKeav7 ай бұрын
They say they are close and the 2nd shipment is still being held till a proper fix is complete. They are testing the fix and cross your fingers we should know soon. It’s a low voltage issue with the 4 pole motor if voltage is low the motor pulls more amps to get going. Fix they need is to allow the machine to operate and start at a lower voltage.
