At 1:20 sounds just like a British Class 158 with Cummins engines when opened up to full throttle.

richadkins I think they used a Cummins NTA855. But hey at least is not crappy Perkins

Sadly, there're 3 cars left in operational conditions and only run on weekends because its body material is hard to maintain

These certainly look harder worked/more neglected than the UK ones! Anyone know why the air suspension looks deflated on some cars but not others?

These trains are slowly fading out from service now with many of its routes served by another train (the Daewoo DMUs). Nevertheless, the Daewoo trains still live the Sprinter branding though they are totally different. I wish they have taken more care with these trains.

They renovated class 158, i was ride 158 in 2020 it still running good and lot more clean.

you ought to factor in the climate differences with the fact that these trains are running daily in more hot and humid conditions as well as economic differences in both nation's railways

1:37 that look like it nearly derailing
@listeed19952 жыл бұрын
The track is built on an angle to allow for higher speeds without the actual train tilting itself.

Would be cool to have trains like this in Bangladesh, I mean these Thailand variants have been converted to metre gauge so that would work!
@declangaming24 Жыл бұрын
It's cool seeing British trains in other counties in Bangladesh if you take some class 150s and modify them when there service comes to the end in the UK

all 20 of class 158 (number in thailand 2501-2512, 2013-2020) now refurbish at makasan depot . they are nearly back in service.

Did Thailand Class 158s running up to 75mph, is that right? There's no yaws on their wheels of Thailand. British Class 158s can reach up to 90mph with their yaws.
