CLASS 37 37716 POWER THRASH PUSHBACK ACTION AT PEAK FOREST 26/08/2022

DRS 37716 Doing 2x Pushbacks one been a fully loaded reversal but in to the easier flat none incline Reception Sidings but great EE Noisy viewing either way, nothing beats seeing a 37 here at Peak Forest for me i'm just sad this will be her final visit and its due to come to an end shortly....
I will be hoping to get one more morning off Thrash and hopefully some slipping on video, so watch this space for an upload in the next week or so cheers.

Is this just bad driving , or is the governor screwed? Seems like an awful waste of power and fuel ..... why not just set a notch and leave it there?? I couldn't drive this 🙂 Gregg.

Apparently DRS are not providing locos anymore for Peak shunts as they need the locos for other services especially after losing 66301 to 305. Shame as that's it for 716 growling but hopefully it will be seen on some revenue services.

Just back into normal services for DRS I've heard. The contract has stopped for DRS providing shunt locos for Peak Forest. So the 66 will go as well.
