This whole gamestop squeeze is insane. I was waiting for $3000 to clear to purchase $GME and I woke up this morning to numerous brokerages not allowing retail purchase of the stocks! Complete outrage and pure market manipulation right under our noses. Is this viable for a Class Action?

I have a question regarding the trucking ind. we work for a company that will allow us to put our repairs on an account when we do that they take the total mount of the invoice including taxes and re tax us and the charge a fee on top of that is that legal they have done that for the past five years to me I’m sure the are doing that to everyone

if I bought a manufactured home from a dealership and found out that at least 15 people bought from the same dealership. It all had the same problems workmanship and getting what we paid for. Can we all join? And started class action suit or do we have to sue the dealership separately but they were all for the same. Things

If 15 people had a problem with being told that they would be in their new house. Will stay August and they never got into her house until the following January or February. and workmanship was totally unfinished and unprofessional and we all had the same. Problems can you at least tell me do I at least have a chance? are you going to skate around the issue and tell me I have to have legal counsel your way of getting around answering the question. Do I have a possibility of legal action pretty much a yes or no answer. Especially if you're going to tell us about class action suit

Hi Steve Great video with some great explanations. I get those Stock loss ownership class action notices all the time through my brokers. They want you to sign-up as the lead plaintiff. I'm leery about these. Is there any way it could hurt me, or cost me money? Or is it pretty much on the law firm, (won't cost me any money)? Thanks

What happens when you dont get a notice but class admin says it was mailed. Now i cant sue the company the suit involved . My right to opt out and receive fair notice was taken from me. what if any are my next steps

Hello, and thanks for the video. I got an email in reguards of a class acrion lawsuit with Google. Settlement was agreed 7.5 million. According to what I read, if i fill out the paperwork I get $12. Am I even reading the email correctly or will more money be available throu Unclaimed cases.

m looking for people who have been hurt by Santa Barbara's new parent-child tax exemption requirements. It's intentionally written to "TRICK" and "TRAP" It's citizens. I'm seeking an attorney to file against Santa Barbara to challenge this law and I'm looking for others who have been hurt for a possible class action suit to over turn this law written and filed without notice during Covid. Here is my argument: Santa Barbara redefined the term "Transferror" in an ambiguous law the wrote and put out to the voters. It was written to confuse voters because it is in conflict with well-established Trust law. In a trust agreement, for which there were hundreds before 3/2021, has always been the Trustee who has no obligation to be a family member. According to 99% of trust agreements, a beneficiary can NEVER be a transferor - a person allowed to take assets out of a trust and NEVER before had to live in an asset they inherit. Yet, Santa Barbara alleges the right to "trap" beneficiaries in a trust if they can't live in the asset they will inherit by not giving proper notice of these radical changes in conflict with Trust Law during Covid.
