Great demo as usual... you should actually try the insert feature... it does nothing. Don’t believe me? Use the octave setting & “insert” a drive after... you’ll find it screams at you, then just order as normal MD > drive & that doesn’t happen

I would have much preferred a dimension-c or dimension-D setting in place of the slicer which is such a gimmicky effect(it’s the modulation equivalent of shimmer reverb).

I’d defo love to see the dimension setting in this… but I can’t deny the slicer is a load of fun 😂

What’s your honest opinion of the MD200 vs other multi modulation pedals you’ve used?

Honestly the only other multi-modulation I've spent a lot of time with us the Zander Junipero which is going for a completely different thing so it's hard to compare them. I really enjoy the sounds in this though and there is a lot of clarity in the tones

@@JacksonBrooksby so it's limited to one effect at once? I'm a novice when it comes to pedals, so I know little to nothing bout this, and I thought that I could use this pedal for those modulation effects, thank you for responding!

Generally you wouldn’t stack most modulation effects together although you can and get some cool stuff. The MD-500 allows you to do that but costs more. You could also throw another one off modulation pedal in the loop of this one and do that. So maybe a tremolo in the loop and a chorus on the MD-200 or something like that.

The overtone segment was atrocious. Seriously, BOSS? Still very much enjoyed the vibrato, flange, and choruses because they sound great.
