One function that is worth mentioning is that the boost goes so low that it can be used as an "anti-boost". If your amp is breaking up and you engage the boost with the control close to the 0 position, it will clean the signal up.

I have both, when I put the Hydra on my board my tone just exploded in brilliance! Maybe it is just me but the Hydra just kills all the reverb pedals i have including the Flint.

Although cool, I don't see the custom shop being worth the extra coin personally. I have been wanting a Heritage standard for awhile.

One of the few videos I've seen that have the phasing/levels set correctly and I love them hard panned in the headphones. Nice work! I'm doing the same thing lately with two Tonex One's and absolutely loving it, but it's sort of a hassle at first to pick the right amps and get them in phase and whatnot.

The LOKÉ is the GOAT. Daniel sort of "gifted" me mine as well (well he sent me a new one after the first one I got wasn't working, but let me keep both). Super cool dude. Such a great lofi/vibe pedal.

I've been eyeing the Loke for a while. It seems like a really great start of wet or end of dry chain pedal since it's so versatile. I liked the video format as well, cheers!

It is exactly that. Almost killed my Deco (almost, if it weren't for the beautiful saturation/drive that the Deco has).

Does the BP-1w sit in a similar space to the 29 Pedals Euna? Cleaning up your signal and adding harmonic information to your tone? I loved the CE mode and am curious as to the drive circuit. Great pedals in this video. Thank you!

Cool pedal. I just couldn’t get on with it. I prefer the strymon deco

It would make an amazing studio pedal. But for live playing I find the deco to work better for me

@ I totally get it! I actually was the total opposite. I got on with the Loke better than the Deco though I do love the deco!

I bought the BOSS BP-2w last year. A singularly sensational Boost/Preamp. The RE and CE toggle switch gives you preset options for two the most famous preamp circuits ever created. Altogether, a wide sonic spectrum and tonality are at your fingertips and that makes it difficult to leave this pedal out of your signal path once you’ve realised its potential in shaping your tone.

I’m really tempted by this, I have a few boosts but want it for making clean tones more special

Opening up 2025 with an EPIC pedal demo lineup, all these pedals would make someone very happy to own. The Karl Longbottom guitar is such a beautiful piece of kit. I have a wish list for pedals to get from certain builders in 2025, Joe from @hellosailoreffectsofficial is on it for sure. Studio redo looks great too Jackson. ❤

My Katana Mk1 has an octave fuzz, a 60s fuzz ( Fuzz Face) and a Big Muff fuzz. It is all based on COSM. Is a Fz-5 the same as the one built into the effects unit of a Katana?

Because a humbucker has more narrow bandwidth than a single coil, It is hard to evaluate this american clean type of amp. Need a single coil to evaluate it's full range and full tone.

Im trying so hard to love amplitube 5 but when i have it open I get static and it's not the kind you get when it's a trial either. I use s gear no problems but amp 5 is glitch no matter what buffer setting is use it's just not a great experience 😢

Yank here - beautiful guitar. Fantastic deal!! Good for you mate!! Heritage does a great job. Beyond great. I just. Gabbed up their take on the TV yellow LP Junior - really just for a laff. At 140pounds there’s no reason not to. Want going to comment but i just had to congratulate you on that nik from Andertons. Have a happy and healthy 2025! Cheers

Great idea. I am only relearning after not playing for close to 35 years. So the whole pedal thing is new to me. At the moment I just plug straight into a Marshall Origin 20 or use the Spark Go for experimentation. But there is certainly a difference in feel with the tube amp.
