it's entertaining for US when you guys do bad movies, but it's nice when you guys get a break to watch an actual fun movie. Brian's genuine enthusiasm is infectious.

The gym teacher robot is played by Patrick Kilpatrick and that guy has the coolest name ever 😂 Also he’s super intense in every role he plays.

He should've been in "The One" instead of Jet Li - travelling to different dimensions and killing off different multiverse versions of himself. The we could watch Patrick Kilpatrick kill Patrick Kilpatrick!

The "robot" that says ".....1,000,000 megabytes" and pulls his face off is a very famous character actor, usually villain from late 80's to the present. Patrick Kilpatrick is his name and has been in at least one movie I think you guys have done, Death Warrant.
@kevincola3184

Ah, The Sandman. But they never did Death Warrant because Death Warrant is a decent film with JCVD and isn't really considered a "bad" film.

This movie is a part of my VERY distant childhood. I have vague memories of this film at best and don't remember much, but I do remember having warm feelings about it. It lives some dark recess in the part of my nostalgic brain which it shares with other movies like If Looks Could Kill, License to Drive, House II and My Science Project. And every so often, something tangential pops up to remind me of its existence. I haven't watched this movie in over 30 years! But I remember very clearly watching The Faculty when it came out in 98' and thinking to myself "This is Class of 1999 but with aliens instead of robots.". 🤣

Yeeeeesssss!!!! I love this corny series!!! One thing is for sure, Generation Xers like myself gravitated to these kind of movies. Demolition High, Toy Soldiers, Taps…for some reason we all wanted to take over our schools even though we hated them. 🤣🤣🤣

Glad you guys love this movie. I read in the IMDB trivia that the cyborgs were supposed to form into a tank at the end for the finale, but the effects team could not figure out how to make it work. Ultimately they decided against it. It would have made it even better!

This is one of this films that has no right to be this good, but EVERY actor goes hard. The director gives a damn. The plot is a mess, but the effects are great especially for the budget and you are never not entertained. Can't say the same for the sequels...

Watching you guys try to figure out who Stacy KEACH (not Keash) and Mike Hammer are amuses me but also makes me feel SO fucking old! Keach is a Hollywood legend, a real journeyman actor that was in practically everything but never became a huge star. Mike Hammer is a famous pulp novel detective character from the 40s written by Mickey Spillane one of the most influential mystery authors of the 20th century

I actually kinda like this one, it along with Cyborg Cop II are just so early 90s in their low-budget cyborg awesomemess. I forgot for a long time that it was a sequel to Class Of 1984, which I've never seen. That one did NOT have cyborgs. And then came the second sequel Class Of 1999 II: The Substitute which went straight to video. It also did not have cyborgs in it. Phooey!

Kinda surprised you guys don't know Stacy Keach from the (in)famous 1981 Pia Zadora movie "Butterfly". He played her father (who she seduces), and got herself a golden globe award for best new actress of the year for no other reason than her husband at the time paid off all the judges. Oh, and also, he played Charlie Sheen's fiancé's gay dad in a handful of "two and a half men" eps.

I saw it on Tubi last year. I agree with you, the movie wasn't terrible. The sequel on the other hand... Well, if you like the actor that played Cody on Step by Step standing in front of explosions for no apparent reason with one of the dumbest twists, I guess that's for you. Saw that one on Tubi right after this one. You guys will probably cover it at some point. Just don't expect it to be the same quality.

Not for nothing but school busses were highly flammable back in the day lol. Seriously, I remember when on the news there was a very bad school bus accident because of how the gas tanks were situated and within a very short time reinforced cages were put around the tanks. I'm fairly certain they have since phased those busses out but ya it was a thing. Now the bus in this movie seems like it was filled with gasoline when it exploded lol and I just now realized I did a "well actually" lmao😂😂😂😂😂. I didn't mean to GB or BB lol I just thought of it when Brian says "why does the school bus blow up? I have no idea" and I was like "wait I know" lmao, sorry guys lol.😂😂😂
