Look into the Star Wars fan film controversy it’s pretty interesting. The guy communicated with Lucasfilm so that they would be cool with everything he did to make and have a fan film and then Disney and their like “music company” or something claimed it. With all the outcry from fans, Lucasfilm made Disney and the “music company” step down.

Nick, you're not wrong, but also not right about Captain Marvel and Endgame. Captain Marvel's movie does take place in the 90s, and that will likely be when Fury is given the pager he uses to contact her in the Present day. It is not a device that can communicate through time, but through space, as she'd likely be somewhere in the cosmos during the Present day, which is why she never appeared for the Battle of New York or the Battle of Sokovia.

Quincy 396 At this point, we may never know since they never reached the slant platform touching the red button only. Most probable way to get through that obstacle tho was either Jardon’s method of slowing down enough on the wood pile platform or reaching the slanted platform and tilting backwards so that the bike will swing using the back wheel.

@@wongwongy It was a bomb on the slant. You can see it explodes with the other bombs. Also, the proper way of clearing that obstacle is to rest your backwheel on the edge and swing as you've described in the latter part of your sentence.

So about the Star Wars fan film controversy, he had emailed Lucasfilm about the film and they agreed to let him upload the movie as long as he didn't monitize it. So they gave him a license, in legal terms, in good will and the terms were clearly set. He did meet those terms, Disney then copyright striked his video over the musical composition because it reassembled the Imperial March too much. With this move, Disney technically performed a breach of contract, since they themselves still copystriked the video eventhough the terms of the licensing agreement were met. It might not be an official contract but a simple handshake is enough to solidify a deal, so a "Yes, we agree to you uploading the content on condition that..." is also a solidified deal.
