Learn all the basic techniques of watercolour and coloured pencils to capture the playful nature of your favourite furry friends! Dena Marshall (@denamarshallfineart) will show us how to:
• Preserve whites and work your way up to coloured pencils for details to create a bright and expressive cat portrait;
• Create a fresh and striking art piece using mixed media;
• Find balance in mixing different textures and consistency of art medium.
This class is for beginner to intermediate artists, who are well acquainted with the medium and supplies.
ESSENTIAL SUPPLIES

• Hot press watercolour paper
• Watercolour paints (Suggested: Etchr Watercolour - bit.ly/Waterco...)
• One medium round brush and one small round brush
• Coloured pencils
• Hair dryer
• Masking fluid and dip pen
