What is the purpose of nozzle?

Nozzle is for discharging of Operating water/Desluding water after its Operation.

@@CLASS4ORALS Then sir.. if diameter of nozzle increases or due to worn out of nozzle, then operating water will leak out and hence bowl will open .. This happens when I was on ship..

Okay..... Additionally , But The nozzle discharge operation is carried out by operation of Pilot Valve. Also if pilot vv is too loose or O rings are worn out as well
