Interesting version of apricot chicken. I have never ever use the packet stuff. it's always can apricot halves and apricot nectar, chicken stock and salt and pepper to taste. served with steamed rice.

I have 500g of fresh apricots and was looking for a recipe I could use them. As a jam form of apricots I am not sure as how to use them with my chicken ☹

My grandmas is different because we soak the chicken in the gravy then use it, rice and cheap microwave peas and broccolini.
