Me too. The TV ads of today are complete rubbish. I was born in March 1963 so remember the TV ads from the 1970s. I remember the Shake and Vac Lady the Milk Tray Action Man. Lorraine Chase and her Luton Airport Ad. Also the very gorgeous Cadbury Flake Girl. Ad makers today need to take a leaf out of as makers from the 1970s to see how it is done. All we have today is ads for insurance cremations etc etc and I can't think of one with a catchy jingle like we used to have in the 1970s. Tony in Portsmouth.

Some of these ads are great. But there's nothing 'sad' about saying goodbye to a culture where your boss could put his hand up your skirt and then tell you to 'get a sense of humour, love' if you complained. I wouldn't want my daughters to value themselves on how men react to the size of their tits. And that's not political correctness - that's called being a decent human being.
