It’s wonderful to see classic car racing in full swing, Richard. So much more interesting and indeed fun than the modern stuff. I really appreciate the time and effort you put in to film these as we don’t have a strong a classic car racing scene here in Australia. Many thanks!

Good Brekkie viewing RJ. I would have another BMW2002 tomorrow if I could find a decent one that wasn't going to cost me and arm and a leg, one of the best cars I have ever owned. The Mauve A40 looks aver so strange, I can see Harley racing your A40 around this track perhaps one day.

Get your Austin A40 in the garage at home into racing standard , and get entered in next year's event at Oulton Park. Harley should have his driver's license by then and he could be behind the wheel of it racing. And who knows your youthful assistant could become a race car champion. I like the BMW 2002 cars , i think they are a cool design.

I think I'll be keeping ours (more or less) in standard form, he'll get enough excitement driving on the road I think!
