The Trabant used in ‘The man from U.N.C.L.E’ was a later ‘1.1N’ model, painted to look like an early 70s Trabi. The 1.1N had VW Polo mechanicals and was a hoot to drive.

There is only one thing that i hate around trabant , its people who hate that car . It had only 2 stroke engine but it sounds beatifull , it was cheap and it looks better than AMC matador I love Trabant 601

If you mean "Go Trabi go" they use Trabant 1.1 with 40HP for the stunts. They just took Trabant 1.1 and change the outside details to 601.
