CINNAMON ROLLS
INGREDIENTS:
DOUGH
1 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
1 whole egg
2 tsp instant yeast
3 1/4 cup all purpose flour or bread flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
CINNAMON SUGAR
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
PROCEDURE:
Mix the milk, egg and instant yeast in a big bowl. Then add the flour, sugar and salt.  Combine all ingredients and add butter.  Knead the dough until smooth and elastic. Place it in an oiled bowl and let it rise until double size. While the dough is resting, make the cinnamon sugar. Mixed together, the brown sugar and cinnamon, and set aside. Once the dough has doubled in size, punch gently and transfer to a clean counter and flatten it with a rolling pin. Brush with butter or margarine then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Slice the dough with a pizza cutter, then roll. Place into a tray and let it rest for 25 minutes and bake for 180°C or until golden brown Serve while warm. Enjoy!
