Couple observations from watching all of the commercials: 4:26 THE RITUAL OF SUMMER commercial at could be from 1995 as opposed to 1990 since there was a park brochure from 1995 which correlates to that commercial. 6:00 This commercial showcasing the Six Flags transition appears to be from 1999 as opposed to 1995 based on the new branding and the addition of Ride of Steel but it also could have aired late in 1998. 7:34 This had to have aired between 1990 to 1993 because the logo at the end was retired by 1997. 9:08 The quality of this 2004 commercial is better if you know where to look for it on KZbin but it's tough to come across. 17:50 Nik Wallenda performed at the park in 2014 so that advertisement is not from 2017. At the end I noticed that you included promotional videos that haven't necessarily aired on television, but that's a testament to the fact that a lot of advertising has taken place on the internet over time. If you ever want to update this video with the correct years you could also add a couple more commercials I've found recently.

Thanks for the info! A lot of these did not have air dates so I had to estimate. You are definitely brushed up on park history. That's why I always like to hear from everyone on here. If you don't mind I would love to see those other commercials you found.

For the transition into six flags commercial I don’t think it aired in late 98 because typically Darien lake commercials would air in the summer or spring a little before or when the park opens so it must have been from 99, that commercial was before my time so I could be wrong

How do you have a Six Flags Darien Lake commercial marked for 1995?!? There were a bunch of other ones that were from the wrong time. Also Six Flags showing SFMM’s Viper with a Superman logo plastered on the train to advertise the new S:RoS is about as Six Flags as it gets.

Interesting to watch the price point for tickets. FrightFest 2009 was $15.95. It jumped to $29.99 for FrightFest 2010. That’s a pretty big jump! I remember that Happiness Guaranteed hustle. What a total cluster that was. Weather, short lines, and something else were all “guaranteed”. But they would lie, cheat, and steal their way out of living up to the guarantee.
