It's still gold digging and it's still wrong. The same way she thought he was going to the NFL was the same reason she held on and had babies. They both are hurt about him not making it. He is trying to prove he can still take care of her, but he is frustrated that she is not pulling her weight. He thought he had a stable individual and he is angry he doesn't. And she thought she was going to have a better life financially and she doesn't so she depressed.

This relationship was probably a failure from the beginning. He was almost 10 yrs her junior and in his late teens so what does a woman who’s almost 30 and with a child expect from him??? She knew he was chasing an NFL dream and was probably trying to ride it out and see if he popped. Being that he’s a regular guy now there’s a lot of resentment bc she’s almost 40 and not where she wanted to be. I would’ve not stopped working 100% and made sure I was able to pull some pocket change in and on birth control everyday. Time and patience is key. Get to really know someone inside and out.

@@jozannejoseph7491 Right. He mentioned that his upbringing was in a community where ownership was difficult. His lack of exposure likely caused him to easily believe that material wealth implies certain habits and character traits since he was young, naive, and uncritical in his understanding of people, money, and structural issues in society. Judge Toler was so triggered by his reference to her father that she failed to overlook his imprecise use of language in conveying his perception. She usually does far better than this, but her privilege got in her way, making her arrogant and insensitive in that instance.
@deeg68834 жыл бұрын

Girl bye! My mom had 6 kids, her and my dad worked full time, she cooked almost every day, cleaned, (we all cleaned when older so she didn’t have to) took care of 3 dogs and still never left clothes in the washer for 2 days. I do think if she’s depressed tho it could make her more tired and just not have the energy to do it. He probably makes her feel like shit with the way he talks to her. Paying all the bills doesn’t automatically make you a good husband. You expected out of her what your mother did and she wasn’t raised like your mother. You have to be willing to accept her if you want her or move on and find someone with the characteristics you want in a wife and vice versa.

She resents him turning out to be a regular guy and not in the NFL. He resents the fact that she resents him, for ending up being a regular guy. He wasn’t trying to use her, I understand exactly what he meant. He was attracted to, what he thought was ambition, for her to only turn out to be a woman that was looking for him to be her (as he said) golden ticket. Now she is angry and depressed all the time because her life with him ended not being what she was banking on and I literally mean banking. That’s the real reason why she won’t clean up or wash clothes during peak hours. She is resentful that they can’t afford to wash whenever they want to and she mad that they can’t hire a maid as she had banked on…. Sad there is children involved.

I did school with house and kid. It’s INCREDIBLY hard. I was always tired. I didn’t work and still needed my husband’s help. Cleaning the house, laundry, groceries, caring for the animals, baby, and the school work 24-7!!! It doesn’t stop. No time off, no getting off and “going home”. Its nonstop. And what it seems like is that the men think just bc the woman doesn’t have an employment and they stay home they can do everything and getting tired or needing a break doesn’t exist. Like we sleep all day. I have NEVER had such a lack of sleep in my life as a homemaker.
