Rely enjoyed this docky. I had a 1986 City Sport 1.6. Absolutely loved it . I inherited a 1.3 Fox (early nineties) from my brother about 6 months back. Its been in the family since new. Still runs well and solid car.

I have had 5. A Caddy bakkie, a 1.3 , 2 off 1.4i and have a 1.4 carb. I personally are weary of old cars with computer boxes.

Wow great documentary I've learned a lot more about mk1's I hope one day to get one and do a build and make it a show car I want to do something different and paint it Audi nardo grey put rims,lower it , engine swap,etc but I'm not sure if I want to go old spec or new spec or do a conversion to old spec exterior and put a new interior or new spec exterior to old spec interior I'm not sure what look to go for .
