I think it's from the Sega Classics Collection, which collected a number of "graphically upgraded" versions of classic Sega games, like GA, Space Harrier, Alien Syndrome and Outrun. In Japan I think these were released as standalone titles.

It's Akira Psycho Ball, a japan-only ps2 game by Bandai (one of few JP-only pinball games, and one of only several to be based off an anime)

0:11 & 0:20 - What was that Appleseed shooting game at the opening? Appleseed EX? Developed by DreamFactory and published by Sega, which was released in Japan in 2007 for the PS2. No US release.

It's part of Sega Classics Collection which has 3D remakes of Golden Axe, Outrun, Space Harrier, Fantasy Zone, etc... The games on there were released separately in Japan as part of the SEGA AGES series.
