The allegations are that three Democratic State Legislators in Tennessee took part in a protest inside the Tennessee State Capital, violating all of the quorum rules. They brought thousands of people into and around the State Capital Building, demanding that the legislators vote for an assault weapon ban. However, the problem is that the Tennessee Constitution Article 2 Section 12 says the House can set its own rules and punish members for disorderly behavior, and a member can be expelled with a 2/3 vote if he or she has brought disorder and dishonor to the House of Representatives, by shouting without recognition, and has disrupted the House of Representatives by their actions.

It wasn't racism. its called decorum and these gentleman were legislative members and expected to act in a certain manner observing rules in the floor of the chambers, which they broke. It would have been different if they had just been outside using a megaphone but no one is allowed to do that in the chambers while other people have the floor and disrupt the proceedings. They happen to be black members and the white woman member threw them under the bus to save herself using what they did as a defense for herself. That is she claimed she was just standing up there with them and didn't use the megaphone, which was breaking decorum rules. STOP claiming race when its your own foolishness that gets you in trouble and STOP lying about why you get in trouble. You should have had enough common sense to know what the rules were and not cross the line.

Oh, come the hell on. They should have been suspended, not expelled. Neither one of those two black reps broke any actual law, or crossed any real damn line. As one of them pointed out---I think it was Rep. Pierson--there have been reps who have committed actual crimes that had never been expelled from the floor. Have they ever expelled any white guy in the present day for not abiding by decorum in their capitol building? Of course the hell not. The repubs are more concerned with that then they are about coming up with an actual solution to school shootings. Stop trying to justify the reps expelling those two. They can't just kick them out of being reps anyway---the voters get to decide that. The repubs just used some stupid, petty-ass excuse to get rid of these two young black men they considered upstarts, or whatever. I mean, come on, they haven't expelled any from the Tennessee capital since the Civil War, and they just happened to expel two black reps in the same week? That's some bullshit, and you know it.

Roland Martin he’s clearly a racist himself, nobody could deny that but it’s funny that he always calls everybody else a racist. Part of being a racist is thinking that you were above the law because of your skin color these two representatives broke the house rules and extreme ways and that’s why they got the boot. The white lady she actually made the case that what she did Was not nearly as agreed just goes with the other representatives did and so she shouldn’t be punished in the same light. Then afterwards when she did receive a lesser punishment she claimed it’s because she was “white” -too funny
