I like this recipe a lot! I have heard people say that rinsing the starch off of noodles prevents the sauce from sticking to them, but I'm gonna 'trust the process.' I'm not sure if I can cut the veg that fine though. I love how quick things are in the Instant Pot. Thanks for the recipe!

True about not rinsing pasta when there’s sauce, but for this recipe, if you don’t rinse the pasta it will stick horribly. Thanks for watching.
