Classic Mini Head Gasket Change & Cylinder Head Refurb

After struggling through a few MOT emissions tests and putting up with a smokey inefficient exhaust, I thought I would change valve guides with ones that wouldn't allow oil to be let through and burned. This video is the raw footage of that work. Taking the head off, stripping and rebuilding the head, then finally putting it back together again. The following day it passed its emissions test with 2.4% CO (Max 3.5) and 24 Hydrocarbons (Max 1200!) whereas previous years it would of failed. Not to mention its much faster and picks up really well.
