That was great - particularly the pork medallions with a coating then the apple slices as a trivet for presenting the meat … clever ideas which I like 😊👍

After watching a lot of politically correct, streamlined and refined KZbin videos about everything related to cooking, many films involving 3 star Michelin chefs, I now have tears in my eyes from laughing. Please, Chaplins, never change, I'd eat at your place any time and I'll throw around things like you while cooking in my household because first of all, it's honest to the bone and second, from a chef equipped with this healthy amount of belly, you just instantly know that he's an expert in what tastes good. Thank you so much for this inspiring upload.

I love watching Chef Jack's videos & I've made a few & they've been great. I can honestly say since I've been watching his videos I've learned that I love to cook, I've become a better cook. I don't think Chef Jack is not hurting financially, so I bet if Chef Gordon showed up & started his usual crap...CHEF JACK WOULD PROBABLY TELL HIM TO GET 5HE HELL OUT & DON'T COME BACK!!! Much love from Mobile Alabama.

Yeah he's in such a hurry sometimes, if he stepped off to the sink and just ran his hands under hot water for a second that would be more than enough. He touches oven dials and tool handles with those dirty fingers so i feel bad for his kitchen staff.

WastrelWay you nailed it. I love Jack and his videos and the people crying about cross contamination don’t understand that this guy wouldn’t have survived in the business for the multiple decades that he has, owned restaurants, etc. if he wasn’t following proper procedures off camera.
