I mean the man is dead but come on. He handled raw meat and never washed is hands, burned the ever living shit out of everything and just winged all ingredients and put bullshit in dishes that were unnecessary. If you want to live like him and die like him then eat and live like him. It’s not a cooking style anyone should adopt. But to each his own I suppose. RIP

Jack was a cool dude but I don't understand how he never learned to stop cooking with butter like this and that it burns, especially when you're cooking on such high heat. It's no wonder the review online for his food joint says things tasted burnt.
