Love pumpkin roll cakes. Last time I made one, I added about 1/4 cup of pumpkin to the cream cheese frosting mixture. The color was beautiful and tasted even better!

I just made my first pumpkin roll too!! Yours looks yummy!! I added some orange zest and orange emulsion to my filling, oh it was so good. I also added about 1/4 tsp of pepper to my batter, I think it just elevated the pumpkin!! Thank you so much for all the videos you do, you are one of my very favorites to watch!!

"Meanwhile in a medium bowl beat together softened cream cheese and softened butter until creamy and smooth." i do know powdered sugar goes in but im not usually that bright, perhaps a correction may help? also, FYI: i had no tea towel but wax paper and powdered the top of cake placed wax paper on it placed another sheet pan on to flip. i have small kitchen, but luv yours!

I've always wanted to make that roll cake but too scared. I have it scheduled to do on my channel but doubt I'll be brave enough. I can't imagine how it will roll and not break. If I don't have a tea towel or any kind of towel that size what else could I use? Kudos for you doing it.
