Love pumpkin roll cakes. Last time I made one, I added about 1/4 cup of pumpkin to the cream cheese frosting mixture. The color was beautiful and tasted even better!

Been making these for Thanksgiving for years . Always do 4-5 of them, some for the freezer. I have old tea towels for that purpose, they stain from the pumpkin. I use a strainer to put the pwd sugar on the towel. Wrap them with plastic wrap first then foil & freeze. Oh so good & impressive.
