Thank you again for another great quilt and lots of tips. I have a “design bed” as I have to do everything from a sitting position. We adapt don’t we! So long as I can keep quilting it’s fine. ❤

Another great video! As I watch your videos, I remind myself how lucky we are to live with all the modern conveniences of the 21st century. We make these quilts for pleasure and beauty, the ladies of the past did it for warmth or clothing. Count your lucky stars ladies.

I don't really have a number... I don't keep track. I make a lot of quilts. I do sell quilts, but mostly I gift them or donate them to hug the world. It helps to have a longarm. BEST purchase ever!!

Perfect❣️ Love the comment to “Be Nice! “to yourself😍 We are our own worst critic. What a great post - thank you❣️ I do have a couple questions about your tools - what is the name of the ruler you use to cut? I’m guessing you have folded the fabric down to the selvedge twice to get that width and wondered if you ever have a little ‘wow’ at where the top was when you open it up…🤔maybe if the blade isn’t a new one or I might be lifting up, or not doing a strong follow through at the end? It looks like your cutting is more controlled with the shorter length. Which leads into my second question - what is the rotary cutter you are using? If you are able to put the links in your description I could find them and be able to give you a little (I know it’s not much) kickback $ for all the hard work of you producing this post. Thank you again. ❤

kzbin.info/www/bejne/mV6tdoZsmLuHiJY This is a link to the video that tells all about both of those tools. It will help you find them. I don't have any deals set up with either of the products. I just love them. Through much practice lining up the fabric to make it straight....the strips don't have crookedness. In fact. It is one of the reasons I love this ruler so much. it takes a titch of practice, and relaxing while cutting, but I find this ruler to be my most accurate ruler when cutting strips. Fast and fun! I do make sure to have sharp blades in my cutter. It's just not worth the hassle of cutting with a dull blade to me.

I really enjoy your videos. A couple times you mentioned quality cotton fabric. Can you please do a video about that?Quilt store fabric costs between $9 dollars and $15 a yard, and then fabric at Joannes can be $3 dollars a yard up to $15 a yard. Do you have any information you can share on this topic? Thanks.
