Actucally it was Ralph and Ralph's fist cartoon. Their second later was about missing body parts of a face.

That’s right. Also, the date of the episode here is wrong; episode 292 originally aired on 12/7/1971, not on 12/9/1971. I thought I remembered this ending with a giant lively colored star ⭐️ coming on the scene, as Ralph left to get another ice-cream cone, which he claimed he just ❤️ “LOVED!!!”
