I think the best episode of The Beverly Hillbillies is The Giant Jackrabbit in which Granny dukes it out with a "jackrabbit" (kangaroo, really) in which only Granny sees the jackrabbit; no one else does.

If I remember right that was one of the highest rated episodes of the series.

Our hearts go out to you, they really do. We feel your pain. When we mess up like that, and we do, we are not famous for keeping it going forever to extend the humiliation. However, Batgirl is the exception to the rule.

I really enjoyed this video format. I hope you do more like it in the future. It'd be nice if you had the different answer suggestions in text on the screen like a multiple choice.

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind. This was kind of an experiment. It kind of morphed a little while I was doing it I think.😀 I was thinking about that very thing after I was almost done with the video.

Some fun facts: DC's parent company in the 1960s distributed Marvel Comics 💭 for a while before Marvel became independent. In the mid 1980s, DC almost got sold to Marvel. Also, Marvel tried to buy up the TMNT franchise, but the creators didn't like the deal, so they passed.

So Kidd Video is not considered a super hero show? Robbie Rist was on that show. As for the Professor playing a professor twice on the Twilight Zone, as a kid not only did I love both episodes because it was him in them, but what kid doesn't love time travel, beside Marty McFly of course? I am glad he got those roles because he really got to show he could do drama as well as comedy. He really should have gotten way more work, but famous TV stars until the 90s were practically doomed for getting new work if they were on a hit show. How messed up is that?
@mikemayberry712121 күн бұрын
I remember Kidd Video! I still listen to "Video To Radio" all the time

@@mikemayberry7121 I loved that show. Owner of a Lonely Heart cross over, it was like the Monkees but very 80s. You have great taste.

I agree, it seems the fact he had a hit show would be a good resume for other jobs as proof of his acting skills and experience.
@TheRadioAteMyTV20 күн бұрын
@@tvcrazyman They swore by type casting until this century. Think of how many hit shows had stars that didn't work again until Love Boat / Fantasy Island were created (that were powered by hasbeen energy). If they didn't make the leap to big screen they were doomed to residuals and appearances. .
@tvcrazyman20 күн бұрын
@@TheRadioAteMyTV A lot of them didn't get paid for re-runs either which I think was the case for the Gilligan's Island cast if I'm not mistaken.

11:35 You could say Spider-Man appeared on the Brady Bunch. Nicholas Hammond played Doug Simpson on the Brady Bunch aka "The Big Man On Campus" and also played Peter Parker/Spider-Man on The Amazing Spider-Man show.
@tvcrazyman21 күн бұрын
That's true. I bet I could do a whole video on superhero connections to the Brady Bunch. There was that episode with the Shazam actor Michael Gray too.

@@tvcrazyman if you go down that rabbit hole, I would love to see a side by side of Twilight Zone and Star Trek (nearly all of them) and then Star Trek and The Outer Limits, and for a follow up, Star Trek (OS) and The Outer Limits (in colour). Be warned, it's a very deep rabbit hole. (Hope your holidays are going awesome).
