Great video. Thanks Chris. I did my popouts last fall, and I found a plastic thread burnishing tool for fishing rod building worked really well too. Similar to your plastic tools, but a bit smaller. KZbin won't let me post a link here, but if you search "thread burnishing tool" on mudhole dot com then you'll see what I'm talking about. It's yellow. Thanks again! I love your videos.

Hey chris ive been trying to find pop out windows for my 71. I got every piece but i cant find the double sided trim or the frame i guess its called the dont sell em on jbugs. I guess i gotta order the whole kit for 500$???!!!!

Yes you would have to buy the kit or buy a good used set online or at a swap. I may have some spare kits laying around in my shop. Hit me up.
