Islam betrayed the dalits... Dalits got converted but the blot of their caste was kept intact by the upper caste converted muslims... They lost their religion in hope for caste elimination but their hope never saw the ground.

Read English literature not pakistani literature. Pakistani literature is mostly wrong and incomplete. Though casteism is not found in its classical form still in rural northern india it is prevalent but loosely. 75 years of secular system and social upliftment policies of successive govt have made casteism less relevant in today's India.

i agree , on many points , but reality is 90 percent muslims convert from dalits , now they are called itself upper caste but most of muslims converted from dalits . like those take quarashi surname they are totally from dalit jatav community .

Mr Anchor, You have rightly explained the loose or strong connection of centuries old cast system evolved, amended with religion Islam. Actually religion Islam & Islamic ideology arrived in the Indian subcontinent in the Malabar region of South India during seventh century alongwith The Arab traders who used to travel through sea routes for trade. Two centuries before the arrival of Islamic ideology, Christianity too arrived. All religious ideologies flourished & as public was religious, God fearing blessed by God. Neither Christianity nor Islam faced any type of opposition for flourishing like the Ideologies of Abrahmic religions faced in the Arab world, the place of origin. Ofcourse quite after some time invaders, looters from North, North Western frontiers of India ie from Iran, Afghanistan & from The Central Asian Nations looted & also did forcible conversions. Afterwards all of you know the period of The Mughal Rule. But public though practiced separate religious ideologies always lived peacefully with love & affection. First ever communal roits took place after the arrival of The Britishers in our subcontinent. Afterwards pseudo muslim Late Baba Jinnah & his muslim league being backed & assured by The British Rulers, helped by mullah mafia deliberately used religious card & were successful to tarpedo the Congress Party led freedom movement & converted the same into a partition movement for a separate nation for muslims. Nowadays mullah mafia in Pakistan is a menace which always disrupts the process of democracy to evolve & strengthen further 😮as desired by military leadership. Ofcourse social media have given a hope that truthful information & wisdom will spread among public of Pakistan which will help democratic system to grow further & public in Pakistan will get good & public interests favorable governance. Ofcourse persons like Sheeda Talli are standing at gate number four of GHQ Rawalpindi to tarpedo the democratic process to emerge, find roots just after receiving the signals from military leadership.
