I've seen something like 6 interpretations, I like the one about homophobia (not telling anything about Tae's orientation), just reread the lyrics with this thought. This one and the killer guilt are my 2 favourites. BigHit, give the boy a real vocal coach. Taehyung's voice is like an unicorn. Just look he is naturally a baritone, but he sometimes sings even lower, like from the deeper, echoing much, yet when he starts to sing a serie of falsettos, right after the Stigma premiere even some Armys thought that high notes are Jimin's or JK's, because Tae sounds so naturally in it. 3 octaves, 5 tones, 1 semitone - that was for 2017. He is developing his voice literally every year. His scale looks like it doesn't have boundaries. I hope ppl who told him he isn't talented for singing when he was younger will regret the fact, because they've waisted years of vocal training for Tae.

Taehyung ddint actually kill his father! That's part of the story that is completely fictional. All of the wings solo's are about real things that actually happened. None of their solo's are about the story. Also, Taehyung never told any of the interviewers or ARMY's about what the solo was about, so it's a mystery. Not even the other members know. Like I dont know about his Vocal range, but this song really wasnt made to show that off really or so i think. I dont know. It does actually refer to Tae's real-life younger sister and brother. He said he feels like he failed them because he left them when they were very little (to pursue his idol career) and he wasn't there for them. Because he was absent all the time, once when he came home they hardly recognized him and were very distant. It hurt him a lot. Tae is a very family-oriented guy. Now it's different. They ARE closer. But most of those songs are about past anyways.

No, that isn’t so. You must have got confused with the storylines of the albums ~ or someone misled you. Tae has always had a close and loving relationship with his siblings. He speaks to his family every day, and he has no guilt over leaving them. Tae, like so many, had to leave home to work. They weren’t so young ~ he didn’t ‘desert’ them, they live with his parents in the family home, which is now in Seoul, and so he sees them regularly as Yeontan lives with them while BTS are touring, and as always, they are in constant touch. Don’t worry, Tae has no problems with his siblings, Stigma, while about hurt Tae did not wish to explain, was not associated with them. The guilt for his sister in the storyline of the albums was solely an invention for the plot line. 😘💜

This is the reaction I was looking forward to most of all. Taehyung is my favorite singer in BTS and seeing you guys react to his solo song truly made me happy. His vocal range is by far the best in BTS, and I personally love his voice the most. This song was the deepest out of the vocal line in my opinion. Only being beat by Suga in terms of lyrical meaning. The beat was also the most unique seeing as he went for a smooth jazz. I'm glad you liked it, hope you continue to like the rest of his work!

I freaking agree with u guys about BTS and Bighit producers about using fake instruments like really.. BTS usually use some instruments in their music and mostly winds instrument but they faked it, like I bet if they hired a great musician to have the real feel, its 10x better trust me. 😂😉 I'm a musician too so I can relate. But still they produce real good music. 🔥 Edit: I wanna add how sad that their orchestra background (the co producer post on insta story) in Lie that they didn't add and its 10x better, than just electronic music on it.

I've also heard the original rough draft of Lie and the chorus was suppose to have violins in the background but I read in some comments that the reason they didn't use the original instrumental was because the instrumental would overpower Jimin's vocals.
