Love the garage! One thing I do is put casters on ALL my cabinets and shelves. Makes it super easy to move, clean, and organize them. Makes it especially nice in limited space.

Hell yeah, a clean shop is a happy shop. It helps getting the productive juices flowing. Its great to see the evolving shop and the collection of tools growing. Less hassle and more efficient when you got the right tools. I recently acquired a small little cart from an old restaurant going out of business. It's stainless steel and has casters, two lower shelves and a top working surface with a 2 inch lip around the back and both sides. it makes a great parts cart and is very handy to wheel around the garage. It has really become the mvp and my best friend when working on anything. Thanks for the inspo, now I'm going to clean and organize my garage. My girlfriend is always saying, "I feel like you're always cleaning the garage" And I would have to agree. Its a constant battle to try and stay clean and organized.

No kidding on the vapor blast machine. Did a fantastic job on the hubs, wheels, carbs, and other old, crapped out , age anodized looking parts on the 60s CB77 SuperHawk you restored for me. It sat for almost 20 years in ratty storage, and boy it came out sweet. I didn’t want a concours, better than showroom job, wanted some patina on a 50 year + old bike, and you did it right as to looks. Mechanically, it runs as good or maybe better now. Great result.

Hey bud I have a suggestion for you - put up a plastic drop wall between you fab section and your build section to keep the dust and grime away from your assembly area. :Your don't want to get metal chips, and grim into your rebuilt parts. Keep them clean is the key. Later

I'd love that much space. My workshop for my 1978 Triumph is 9' x 6', and it has to share that space with a bicycle and my tools (I'm a retired car/truck mechanic with lots of them). You have to work with what you've got.
