For years I wondered about Tipi's car from “The Birds”. From the grill shape my best guess was Aston Martin and this little video proves me right. I like the owner's attitude. He's in his 70s, I suppose, but is totally on the ball and drives his Aston as it was meant to be driven. I’m a boomer. When I was a kid, people this guy's age were ready for the rocking chair. But now I know that if you exercise, watch your diet, lay off the booze, etc., the 70s can be high-quality years. This Aston owner is a living testament to healthy living. His Aston, just a few years younger than its owner I suspect, also looks great - and probably for the same reasons.

I have a 37' Lagonda LG 45 DHC, beautiful cars, hopefully I'll be able to restore it before long. My father traded some property for it back in the 60's or 70's and it's been in storage ever since. I think the brakes locked up and they tried to winch it with a pickup and the winch pulled the pickup instead of the car so I guess it's heavy lol. Great vid.

Can somebody explain to my why this car's speedometer rest on 10mph rather than 0 when it's off? I saw it too on the Ferrari F355.

The Astons today still have the opposite tacometer, it's not back to the conventional.
