Persian Orange is certainly my color of choice, that's a great job on restoring one of the best tractor's ever made. Thanks for showing the owner and the Allis !

I've never been on a D-21 but, I grew up on a 1963 D-17 diesel. That very tractor is fully restored now but it still can do an honest days work when called upon. Orange power forever!

What a find! Always loved the look of the D-21! Fell in love with them when my former next door neighbor Max S. (Mean Ole Allis) rest his soul, was still pulling!

What an interesting tractor and story! I had no idea that AC experimented with that type of assist back in the mid 60's.

Thanks for another great video. It was interesting and informative and enjoyable. Very nice tractor. Big as AC made. Very nice condition. How great he got to visit with the person that designed and built the tractor years ago. My compliments to the owner. Nice tractor. Thanks for everything. Thanks for sharing. The Iowa farm boy. Steve.

Great tractor! How do you keep the front wheels synchronized with the rear wheels?

Allis Chalmers could have easily overcame the cooling problem, the problem with hydraulic FWA is it's mostly useless. It has enough pull to work if it's slippery, but if it's muddy, the FWA has enough pull to get you into the mud hole and not enough power to pull you through
