You can always get the mini erasers at Target during specific holidays & such too! I got some for Easter, Christmas/Winter, Halloween, Valentine’s Day and St. Patrick’s Day!

You scored a lot of good stuff! I love the speech bubble and I think it would be cute to put on your wall as a sentence starter. You could also put it up high enough where students are “thinking or talking” of something. You could take their picture underneath and have them finish the sentence.

I have a hisense portable ac that works amazingly in my bedroom. We don't have ac in our house it it definitely helps. I can keep my room at 65° when it is 90° outside. It normally costs like $400 but we got it on sale. I would recommend maybe finding one on Amazon and making a wishlist where people can donate toward an item. Maybe if everyone pitches in a little it won't be so bad! I know on my baby registry on Amazon they have the option to do that for items.

I have like a loft bedroom, so I have a Qt17 PureFlow bladeless fan. It's very nice it was $99.00, but I really really like it! Also, I saw Walmart had some airconditioner units pretty inexpensive, so look into something there. 😊

Hi Kim!!! I’ve been following for quite some time!!! How about putting on your Earths “ My students make the world go round” or “ Students like you make the world a better place”. You are such an inspiration and I’m hoping to do as well as you in teaching so many educators out on social media and especially the classroom!! Starting a new journey in 8th grade science! I still want to decorate my class the way I would in elementary such as apples and chalkboard type decor. Do you think I can pull it off with 8th graders?

They're awesome as math manipulatives (counters, etc.), bingo chips, and student rewards! The kids get so excited when we break them out for small group work. :)

I love your headband! Where did you get it? The apple bucket is adorable I need one. The world sign you could put "we are unique and awesome". I have a Hisense portable air conditioner it has a hose with plastic screen to stick into the window. The AC unit is the size of a medium stand up hard suitcase. I am not sure how much it costs maybe $300. It works great, not a big space convinence, set a preffered temperature, it needs to be plugged into the wall, and air comes out the top.

Do you have a Lakeshore Learning store by where you live? I know they have their Back to School Sales starting July 7-Sept.1 and they have 20% off of everything!!! This includes the paper you want for your wood wall. Also, because of your ideas I am doing my classroom doors with shiplay(so excited!). I want to do my walls but I have cinder block and its hard. What do you plan to use the mini erasers for? Love them but need to find a use for them.

@@tinarichmond9782 I live in PA and having been teaching 28 years in 6 schools. Never had AC! It regularly gets to high 80's and 90's at the beginning and end of the school year! Classroom temperatures can get well into the high 80's! It's rough!
