Thank you for showing your enthusiasm for teaching! It's hard being a teacher when a lot of teachers around you will talk about the negatives of teaching. It's awesome seeing someone so passionate for this profession and willing to help other teachers struggling with anything in the classroom.

YOU ARE A LIFESAVER!!! I'm a 1st year with barely 6 months in teaching 1st grade. I' started the certification process in July and was a late hire in my district and a career changer. I had zero training initially. I didn't know, what I didn't know in education (still don't). Thank you Miss May for helping me provide more quality education your explanation of procedures and how to handle constant interruptions.

I work with fifth graders but you are truly Fabulous. I can use this as a model for older students. Modeling something for adults to learn from is the best. Most teachers get on youtube and sit down and talk, and talk about how they do certain things in their classrooms. As teachers they should understand even as adults some of us are visual learners we need to see whatever they are speaking about in action. Stay teacher Fabulous!

I am loving the classroom management procedures series! I use music for transitions and have a procedure for EVERYTHING. That is the only way to stay sane and get things done in a day. I found an awesome app that you use as a timer and you can assign different music to each alarm and then I don't have to keep track of time. The kids learn what each song means and it keeps us on track. It's called Timeless, I believe and I ❤️ it!

I just found your channel this week. Thank you so much for modeling exactly how you teach it. I always hear how to do something, but don't often get to see it acted out. This really helped me. How do you use music to transition? Would you be able to explain that?
