Haven't tried this.recipe yet but will surely try. Would also like to see you bake a cake using cake gel. I have baked cake using cake gel. The texture of the sponge is good but after I demould, it cracks open completely from the centre and fall apart into two pieces. I want you to trouble shoot this problem of mine. Thanks in advance.
