I got sooo surprised when I saw the acne fact. The one thing I always think of when looking at you is "her skin is so flawless! I wish I had such skin!" And now you say you had a bad acne? I've also struggled with it for a long time but even now when the worst part is over my skin never look like yours. What did/do you do to treat it?

Couldn’t agree more that life isn’t a race. One friend of mine has gone back to retrain as a solicitor at 54 years of age and another one at 44 as her youngest heads off to university has herself started studying for medicine, she’s doing uk A-levels part time now but is still going for it 👍

Lol Claudia! phobia of big toes that would be tough for a ballerina! I’ve lost my big toe nails a couple times when I danced on pointe. I thought you were about 30 you sound and present more mature than 25. I like your hair a bit darker on top it looks softer and less severe on you adds more dimension to your face and features. Love your honesty and candor.

Because dance has such a toxic culture (not to offend anyone but the eating, all being the same size to cut costume costs, the over exercising, the mental strain etc is toxic for health) a lot of girls who dance competitively don’t get their periods either really sporadically (maybe a couple a year) or until they’re almost adults. This can cause infertility issues and acne as an adult like you experienced. Look after yourselves girls because ballet won’t xxxx

I'm a dancer, been dancing since o was 5 and now I'm 20 I got my period at the age of 12, and I trained hectically. You need to look after your body when you dance like everyday I do cardio and pirates, then I do my ballet class. I makes sure I eat a good amount of protein and make sure I get enough, water, vitamin's and minerals, I make sure I sleep for a full 8 hrs. This way I never lose energy and have great concentration also my metabolism is great. Dancing is not bad, some people that dance don't look after themselves and its very important as a dancer to make sure your mental and physical health is up to scratch

Loved this video so much as always ❤️ But I was wondering if anyone could give me any advice. So I just moved to a new ballet school and I’m feeling pretty discouraged. My old school was a really bad environment to say the least, where I didn’t learn anything. At the new school, I’m learning a lot, but all the girls are so beautiful, and it makes me feel like I will never get to where I want. I’m also in the student company, but I’m in a low level which girls much younger than me. Does anymore have any advice? I really really need some help Thank you❤️

Carina Megan im a bit late but i had the same problem, my previous school was absolute garbage, and at my current school, everybody is so talented and they seem perfect to me, but then after a couple months i started fitting in, now i am actually one of the people that kids want to be like when they come in. It’s crazy to me since its only been a year for me, but my biggest advice is definitely to listen to your teachers, apply all possible corrections, even if they aren’t directly to you, and most importantly... try really hard to get to where you want, but dont forget to have fun!
