I anyone using blender, select all faces and go to mesh>normals>set from faces, that should *mostly* fix the shading.

How i fixed this is if you are blender user is to make sure your uv is in same uv map, go to object data property of you troubled mesh and open uvmap there should be one uv map not two, just seperate mesh and rename them the same (UVMap) and delete the other for eg:diffuseUV that should fix your problem if this in the first place.

This solution is a simple mesh fixed. I have complex mesh like a Ship (Smoothing groups, UVs and normals are correct) but still same errors show up. My time is very limited and i can't Re-UV again. Please help me
