I used to pop by the store downtown on my bike ride to St. Mary's High back in the 70's. Have always loved old books!

I remember Doug's father, Henry, when the bookstore was on Bijou across from Acacia Park. My father was a trade jeweler and rented the space next door. He and Henry became great friends. As a teenager, I thought Mr. Clausen was kind of magical. He had done so much in his life, and had so many stories to tell.

I have been to Colorado twice on business, wish I had known about your shop then. If my wife and I ever get up there again from Louisiana, I'm coming by!
