would the damaged diaphragm in the CRD cause preasure fluctuation on the outlet?

6:24 is wrong Because when the valve open it will not allow the flow from downstream to the main valve It is one direction flow from the main valve to downstream so the correct it will allow the flow in the top chamber to be evacuated through the pilot to downstream not vice versa
